One Christ Won City’s Mission
A Welcome from OCWC President Jim Foubister
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Matthew 28:18-20
About One Christ Won City
Founded in 2008 by a dedicated group of believers, One Christ Won City (OCWC) aims to unite the city of Venice and the west coast of Florida under the banner of God. Our mission transcends titles and denominations; we are all servants of God, devoted to serving our community. Since our inception, OCWC has touched the lives of over 70,000 individuals through baptisms, service days, school support, and addressing various other community needs. Guided by our faith and a calling from God, we have embarked on numerous missions over the years. As we look to the future, our commitment remains steadfast: to serve and uplift our community in the name of Christ.
2024 A Blessed Year to Glorify Jesus
Unity is answered prayers for Jesus. In John 17, Jesus shares how dear unity is for him and his FATHER. Jesus commands unity for Christians, so the world will recognize us, as HIS followers. We have embraced this unity and applied it to everyday life here in Venice. One Christ Won City has joined with Her Hands His Heart and Together We Can. Thus forging a prolific Christ centered compassion filled culture in our area. Over 100 men and women serve needy families, the lost, the lonely, the forgotten. Providing a hand up for children, working - class families, seniors, and veterans. Providing material and emotional support with dignity.
Thank You for joining with us to serve our community
